Most of the time, we will have a small stock (<20) of each physical music product, unless it is in pre-order status. This means that they should arrive within 7 working days within the UK, 5-15 working days within Europe and up to 30 working days for the rest of the world.

IF THERE IS A DELAY IN SHIPPING OR ANYTHING ELSE YOU SHOULD BE NOTIFIED ABOUT, WE WILL DROP YOU AN EMAIL.
Return Policy: We only accept returns for items that have been damaged significantly in transit or are faulty in any way. Any damage caused by the owner is unfortunately not eligible. We will only refund postage under exceptional circumstances, such as the item being lost in transit. If we can secure proof of that (or any other unlikely happenings) then we will refund both the item's cost and the shipping.
